Planetshakers live in Manila 2009

Planetshakers rocked Manila with their mall tour to launch their album "All For Love" last Aug. 13, 2008, now they are ready to come back to worship again in Manila for a full-on concert this coming Nov. 2009.

They are one of Australia's most popular worship bands. The band is named after the Planetshakers youth conference at which they began for and remain an integral part of. They are the worship team for Planetshakers City Church in Melbourne, Australia. Planetshakers released their first CD in 2000. The main worship leaders for the band are Sam Evans and Henry Seeley.

Notes: This is an indoor event so my comparing it to Cornerstone may not even be appropriate. I just wish Saved centered more on CCM Worship and not just "worship" per se. Also, I hope becca music stops using graphics when putting up text in their website like SAVED.  It's pretty difficult to spread the news using JPEGs that are hardly readable (black on orange using small font).

Plumb obsessed with Twilight, preparing new Album "Beautiful History" -Wants your comments

yes. i’m obsessed (with Twilight, the novel). its so crazy. i think i’m not alone here. i should be doing my devotions or changing a poopy but i’m reading about a vampire. geez louise. i play the soundtrack (paramore’s decode and mute math and bella’s lullaby hands down are the best tunes to me but muse does deliver a song i find myself moving more quickly around the house to) and pretend I’m her…maybe i AM alone here but my husband thinks its actually witty to the point that when i was getting my cavity filled the other day and my best friend texted me in the middle of it and said don’t tell them you’re a vampire my husband didnt’ even think that was weird…he married a crazy lady you know.
i finished a new album. yes. yes. quit cheering. no stop…you’re embarassing me. okay…thank you…thank you…

for real though… its called Beautiful History and its coming out this fall. the lineup of tunes is still being discussed. i’d actually welcome some feedback. here is the deal…its 2 brand new songs never heard before…a few remixes that many of you have been obsessed with and most of you have never heard and then a few songs that were elsewhere being placed along side those. that’s not suppose to make sense. anyway… i RE recorded some of my favorites as well. my label has thoughts on what songs it should be and so do i and we’d love to know what you think.

Murder by Pride also includes a cover of the BOSTON song "Peace of
Mind" featuring BOSTON guitarist Tom Scholz. “Peace of Mind” is

Stryper will hit the road this fall with a 25th Anniversary Tour,
hitting 50 cities in North America before going international in
January and February 2010. Launching in September, the tour will be a
two-set show. The first set will feature new Stryper material and

Michael W. Smith sings Hillsong United Songs - listen!

Michael W. Smith sings "Mighty to Save" and "Shout Unto God" --both Hillsong United Songs in his new album "The New Hallelujah". I used to buy everything he creates and stopped when he did the Worship Series. For some reason I tried out the "New Hallulujah" because I heard somewhere that it was still smitty's signature sound --done with worship music. And I wasn't disappointed. At least when he says "down" in "Shout unto God", I can still hear Rocketown's last notes. And yes, I still hear his signature piano stumblings in the classic "Amazing Grace".

You remember MWS in pop songs like "Place in this world" and his duet with Jim Brickman "Love of my Life".
